FEED THE ARTISTS was founded in 2007 by Kernal Angus.  FtA has fed thousands of burners, with a special emphasis on the artists who make Black Rock City come to life.  FTA actively models the concept of creating community through the sharing of delicious meals on the playa

ABOUT THE FOOD

The FtA vision is not just about providing food to artists, it’s about nourishing the bodies, minds, and souls of all the program’s participants, and by extension, the entire Burning Man community. Every year gets more delicious than the last! Our efforts to provide good food and community to thousands of BRC artists are well known and, now in our 18th year, we are looking to deepen our radical collaboration with other theme camps, increase the amount of food we are able to provide to artists during build week, and increase our food-focused offerings at FtA during burn week. To elevate the role of food on the playa as an art form!
